SHORES, Justice.

National Security Fire & Casualty Company ("National Security") appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the plaintiffs, Douglas H. King and Mary Elizabeth Hutchison. We affirm.

Johnny Blackwell was driving while intoxicated on June 28, 1988, and struck Douglas King's automobile. King and his passenger, Mary Elizabeth Hutchison, were injured in the collision. Blackwell was insured under a policy issued by National Security....
