PER CURIAM:

On July 23, 1992, Special Agent Carl W. Pike (Pike) of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) applied for two warrants to search Appellee, Brian McKeever's rural property, and the property next to his that was owned by his parents. The Magistrate issued a search warrant for each property. The warrants were executed on July 27, 1993, resulting in the seizure of miscellaneous papers, marijuana, seeds, grow lights, fertilizer, other marijuana cultivation...
