Jeffrey Brown, a creditor, objects to confirmation of the debtor's proposed Chapter 13 plan. Based on the evidence presented at hearing, I make the following findings.

FINDINGS OF FACT

The debtor, Joy Davis, was formerly married to Jeffrey Brown. During the marriage, the parties built a house on 3.08 acres of jointly-owned land situated in the middle of land owned by debtor's mother....
