This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. We affirm.

Following a non-jury trial before the Honorable Robert C. Gallo, appellant Nelson Hill was convicted of third-degree murder, a felony of the first degree. See 18 Pa.C.S. § 2502(c).
