ABRAMS, J.

The defendant, Victoria Rodriguez, was convicted of trafficking in cocaine. The defendant appeals, arguing that the motion judge erred in denying her motion to suppress and that the trial judge erred in his instructions to the jury. We transferred this case here on our own motion. We affirm.
