Steven J. Ingram, appellee, was struck by an automobile while crossing a highway to get a soft drink. His employer, Kraf Construction Services, Inc., appellant, contends that the accident did not occur in the course of or arise out of the employment. We disagree and affirm the award because the accident occurred while the employee was seeking to satisfy his thirst during a trip in which the employer provided transportation to and from a work site...
