The Overlake Fund (Overlake) seeks disclosure pursuant to the public disclosure act of documents pertaining to its application for construction of a hotel in Bellevue. After an in camera review of the documents, the trial court generally denied Overlake's request for disclosure on the ground that the documents are exempt from public inspection under RCW 42.17.310(1)(j). We affirm.
