General Motors Corporation appeals by leave granted an opinion and order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed a hearing referee's determination that pursuant to MCL 418.833(2); MSA 17.237(833)(2) the corporation's recoupment of overpaid benefits was limited to overpayment of benefits due during the year before it sought recoupment.
