In April 1990, defendant-appellant Donald Black was convicted on four charges of contributing to the unruliness of a child as prohibited by R.C. 2919.24. On appeal to this court, we reversed the trial court's judgment on three of the charges against Black and remanded those charges for further proceedings, and discharged Black on the fourth charge.
