In this original mandamus action, plaintiffs challenge the legality of Executive Order 1991-17 and 1991 PA 119 and seek to compel state officials to transfer monies from the State School Aid Fund to the Public School Employees' Retirement System (Retirement System). Plaintiffs' request for a writ of mandamus is denied.
