This action arose out of an automobile collision between defendant Joyce Hamond and plaintiff Rita Fullmer causing property damage and personal injuries to Fullmer. Fullmer later went to the office of Hamond's insurance company's claims agent, Mona Drolc, where Drolc apparently grabbed Fullmer's arm and raised it over her head.
