Plaintiffs, Jimmy and Lucille Cunningham, filed a complaint alleging that they were injured by defendants' negligence when bleachers they were sitting on collapsed at a rodeo. Plaintiff, Teresa Dunbar, also filed a complaint alleging that she was injured in the same bleacher incident. The cases were consolidated by the trial court, and we will refer to the Cunninghams and Dunbar collectively as plaintiffs...
