Plaintiff appeals as of right from a July 19, 1990, Ingham Circuit Court order granting summary disposition to defendants. The order upheld the constitutionality of Michigan regulatory statutes prohibiting the rebating of insurance commissions over plaintiff's substantive due process challenge. We affirm.
