Plaintiff, Casualty Insurance Company (Casualty), brought a declaratory judgment action against defendant, E.W. Corrigan Construction Company, Inc. (Corrigan) seeking a declaration that it had no duty to defend or indemnify Corrigan due to Corrigan's failure to comply with the notice requirement of an insurance policy. Corrigan then filed a cross-motion for declaratory judgment and a motion for summary judgment....
