VEASEY, Chief Justice:

The principal issue which this case presents for decision is the proper application of 11 Del.C. § 3507 and the trial court's discretion in admitting out-of-court statements of a child alleged to be the victim of sexual molestation. Related issues concerning the competency of a child to testify and the constitutional guarantee to the right of confrontation are also implicated. We conclude that the trial judge did not abuse his discretion...
