Now before the Court is Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. This is an employment discrimination case filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. Plaintiff Sean Haddon is a chef employed at the White House. Mr. Haddon is suing Gary Walters, the Chief Usher of the Executive Residence.
