This matter arises out of a motion for reduction of child support and alimony filed in the trial court by defendant, Vance Ellefson. Exceptions of no cause of action to both reduction pleas were filed by plaintiff Joette Ellefson. The trial court maintained the exception as to the motion to reduce alimony, dismissing the defendant's claim as to that issue, but denied the exception as to the request for reduction of child support.
