STEWART, Judge.

Marvin Clay was convicted, after a bench trial, of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. LSA-R.S. 40:966 A(1). He appeals the conviction on several grounds and asserts that his two and one-half year hard labor sentence is excessive. We affirm the conviction and sentence.

On August 31, 1991, Marvin's brother, Robert Henry Clay (Henry), and another man were arrested by Ouachita Parish Metro Narcotics for possession...
