This appeal arises from the plaintiff's application to compel the defendant, Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company, to arbitrate her claim pursuant to the underinsured motorist provision of her insurance policy. The plaintiff claims that, in denying her application, the trial court improperly (1) found that the statute of limitations was a threshold issue, (2) found that the statute of limitations had run prior to the filing of this application...
