Defendant was convicted of solicitation to commit murder and has appealed his conviction to this Court. The evidence presented below tended to show that on 7 December 1990 SBI Agent Michael Wilson, posing as a motorcycle gang member, met with defendant at a tatoo parlor in Eden.
