Defendant, Mundelein College, Inc., notified plaintiff, John Jacobs, that his teaching contract with the school would not be renewed for the 1980-81 academic year. Plaintiff subsequently initiated suit against Mundelein and several of its administrators, claiming that they breached and tortiously interfered with his contractual rights in the process of determining not to reappoint him.
