Ordered that pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90, effective immediately, the respondent Robert T. Rowe is disbarred and his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law; and it is further,

Ordered that the application by the respondent's counsel to hold in abeyance this Court's determination on remittitur pending determination of a petition for a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States is denied...
