(husband), appeals the denial of a motion questioning the circuit court's jurisdiction, the lack of evidence to support findings of fact and conclusions of law, and the failure to provide due process to him in the matter of the termination of his parental rights to M.C.S., a minor child, born to his wife, J.A.S. We reverse.
