Houston General Insurance Co. and National Development Co., Inc., appeal the district court's judgment in favor of Sullivan, Bodney, and Hammond, P.C. (SBH), a disbanded law firm, on its statutory attorney's fee lien claim. We conclude that appellants' previous payment of the entire attorney's fee to a principal of SBH extinguished the lien.
