The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her action brought against the defendant, Elliot Ginsberg,1 pursuant to the Personal Data Act, General Statutes § 4-190 et seq. In that action, the plaintiff sought the disclosure of certain portions of the file that the defendant maintained on the plaintiff, a family home day-care provider.
