This cause comes before the court upon the appeal of USS Great Lakes Fleet, Inc. ("Great Lakes") from a judgment in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas finding no breach of Great Lakes' sales contract with Spitzer Great Lakes, Ltd. ("Spitzer"). We reverse.
