James Sharp appeals from a judgment of conviction following a trial in which the jury found him guilty of one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child, in violation of sec. 948.02(1), Stats. He challenges (1) the trial court's refusal to allow evidence of the child's prior conduct that, he claims, may have been the source of the child's sexual knowledge; and (2) the trial court's allowance of what he deems cumulative hearsay testimony recounting...
