Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmates Van Lee Brewer and Claude Harris brought this § 1983 civil rights action against the mail-room supervisor and a mail-room clerk at TDCJ's Price Daniel Unit, alleging constitutional violations arising from the handling of their mail.
