The State of Nebraska, Second Injury Fund (Fund), appeals the award on rehearing entered by the Workers' Compensation Court. The Fund assigns as error the compensation court's requiring the Fund to pay medical, hospital, and psychiatric care and treatment expenses incurred by Michael DeCroix.
