The petitioner is deemed insolvent and may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause. Following review of the petition for writ of mandamus, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice. No exhibit A was attached to the petition for writ of mandamus. See also Puckett v. Gentry, 577 So.2d 965 (Fla. 5th DCA 1991).
