PER CURIAM.

Following a bench trial on September 20, 1990, defendant was convicted of assault with intent to rob while unarmed, MCL 750.88; MSA 28.283. On October 11, 1990, he was sentenced to 3 1/2 to 15 years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right.

Defendant argues that there was insufficient evidence to establish that he committed the crime of assault with intent to rob while unarmed. We agree.
