We have for consideration two cases consolidated on appeal. In Case No. 91-2931, Darrell Perkins ("Claimant") appealed the final order of the Judge of Compensation Claims ("JCC") holding that the workers' compensation ("W/C") policy that afforded coverage to his father's business, A.
