This is a review of a published court of appeals decision1 affirming an order by the circuit court for Milwaukee County, Honorable Charles L. Larson, Reserve Judge. The circuit court affirmed the Board of Review of the City of Milwaukee's decision to sustain the city tax assessor's assessment of Metropolitan Holding Company's property.
