Kimberly Loveridge appeals the dismissal of her complaint for sexual harassment against Fred Meyer. The trial court granted summary judgment on the grounds of res judicata, ruling that a federal consent decree, which dismissed a Title VII action initiated by the EEOC against Fred Meyer, precluded Loveridge's lawsuit alleging state statutory and common law claims.
