BROGAN, Judge.

The appellant, Michael L. Furlow, was originally indicted for robbery in violation of R. C. 2911.02. The indictment included a specification that Furlow had previously been convicted of an aggravated felony in 1983.

The appellant was found guilty as charged after a jury trial and was sentenced. This court reversed appellant's conviction and remanded the matter to the trial court "for the purpose of the court's sentencing Furlow for theft." See...
