Appellants Rotation Engineering & Manufacturing Company, Inc. (Rotation) and James Lorence commenced this action against respondent Secura Insurance Company asserting entitlement to insurance benefits as a result of a vehicle accident. Lorence sought wage loss benefits; Rotation sought to assert a subrogation right for salary paid to Lorence.
