This case is before the court on appeal from two judgments of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas, which were entered after a jury found defendant-appellant, Alfred J. Dolce, D.C., guilty of insurance fraud in violation of R.C. 2913.47 and guilty of Medicaid fraud in violation of R.C. 2913.40.
