This appeal is from judgments of conviction under Monmouth County Indictments No. 90-08-1321 and No. 90-12-1960. After denial of his suppression motions, defendant pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to count four of No. 90-12-1960, possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school with intent to distribute it (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5a(1);
