Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Based upon allegations that on April 28, 1990, he pointed a loaded handgun at the complainant and threatened to kill him, the defendant was charged with, inter alia, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. Prior to the first trial herein, the court ruled that the prosecutor could ask the defendant about two earlier incidents occurring in March 1990,...
