Appellant Prestressed Concrete, Inc. (PCI) sued respondents Bladholm Bros. Culvert Co. (Bladholm), Cretex Companies, Inc. and its subdivision Elk River Concrete Co. (Elk River), and North Star Concrete Co. (North Star), claiming they conspired to monopolize the reinforced concrete pipe market in Minnesota.
