The Harrison County Board of Education appeals an order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County requiring the Board to transfer Jeffrey Coffman to a day-shift custodian position without changing his employment term because the Board showed favoritism when it transferred other custodians to the positions without changing their employment terms. On appeal, the Board argues that because the successful candidates' transfers were the result of school closings...
