Appellant Herman H. Bains brought an action against respondents Piper, Jaffray & Hopwood Incorporated ("PJH") and its registered representative and branch manager Charles Duddingston, seeking return of a $5,626.07 contribution made into appellant's self-directed Keogh plan, asserting that no transfer of securities occurred and the contract for the sale of securities was unenforceable under Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code...
