Defendant, Anchor Organization for Health Maintenance (hereinafter Anchor), appeals the judgment of the circuit court of Cook County which awarded plaintiff, Naomi Johnston, $6,787.40 in actual damages, $50,000 in punitive damages, $22,714.96 in attorney fees and $2,511,28 in costs arising out of claims brought under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
