Petitioner, Garry Paige (Paige), appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County (trial court) which dismissed his statutory appeal and sustained the one-year suspension of his operating privilege imposed by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) for his failure to submit to chemical testing pursuant to Section 1547(b) of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547(b).
