Donald L. Johnson appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Delores B. Johnson and Allstate Insurance Company. The issue in this case is whether Allstate is estopped from asserting the statute of limitations as a defense to Donald's personal injury action based upon certain acts and representations made to him by Allstate representatives during the course of settlement negotiations...
