These twenty-four appeals arise from appellants1 convictions by a jury of unlawful entry, D.C.Code § 22-3102 (Repl.1989), at the Islamic Center located at 2551 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C., on July 11, 1983. On appeal appellants contend that their convictions violated the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment. They also contend that the trial judge abused his discretion...
