PER CURIAM:

In this appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Wood County entered on April 30, 1992, the defendant, Richard Waitman Stevens, claims that the trial court erred when it denied his motion for acquittal on a conspiracy charge. The defendant further asserts that the denial of the motion adversely impacted his ability to defend himself against a breaking and entering charge.
