James R. Mattes appeals from a judgment convicting him of fraudulent practices in the sale of securities and from an order denying postconviction relief. Mattes contends that the trial court erred in finding venue in Waukesha county and in improperly ordering restitution to witnesses who were not victims of the charged offense.
