Edward E. Gates, individually and for the benefit of Elwood Earl Kitchen, appeals the dismissal of his negligence claims against Ron L. Logan, doing business as Logan Insurance Agency. He contends the trial court erred in refusing to find that Mr. Logan, an insurance agent, owed a duty to his customer, Mr. Kitchen, to recommend higher automobile liability limits. We affirm.
