On March 13, 1992, respondent Mark A. Lobar pled guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud,1 in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1988). Pursuant to D.C. Bar R. XI, § 10(c), this court suspended respondent from the practice of law in the District of Columbia by order dated April 27, 1992.
